Thank you for your order with Mizudo. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a high-quality and straightforward return and exchange policy.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone before the item ships. Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation can no longer be processed.. In such cases, please wait for delivery and request a return label within 30 days.

Ensure you follow the correct return process, as failure to do so or rejecting a shipped order may result in item loss, warehouse refusal, or ineligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed after we receive and verify that the returned package is complete, unused, and in good condition.

 

Return

Our return service is currently available for US orders only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Please note that after 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

For quality-related issues, we will provide a full refund or a one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please first accept the delivery. Then, contact Mizudo Support via service@mizudo.com for return instructions.

Please be aware that if you refuse the shipment, a double shipping fee may be deducted from your original payment.

For returns on US orders, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Return Process

Contact Mizudo Support at service@mizudo.com to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package.

 

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at service@mizudo.com.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided they are disassembled and repackaged as originally received.

Our 30-day risk-free return policy applies to all items, with no restocking fee. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of quality issues, where return postage will be covered by us.

Please note that this policy is only valid for orders within the continental United States.
