This arrived very fast, which is good because my tank water heater died. After reading the instructions and looking at the unit I realized that the installation is very straight forward and fairly simple for any good DIY'er. The hardest part was removing my old 50 gallon Tank Water Heater. It fired up the first time and is working perfectly. I am adding a 2 Stage water prefilter in a few days to prolong the life expectancy of the unit.I only had to deal with the seller 1 Time since purchased, and they were quick to respond and solved my only issue immediately. For those that live in high altitude areas, I would recommend this unit for a 2-Bath home. Both of my showers run very well at the same time @ 6000 ft above sea level. I had to get a 1/2"NG to 3/4"NG converter and new 3/4' NG Line to connect to the unit, and am having no issues with NG Supply under heavy load. It only takes up 1/4 the space that my old water heater did. I am very pleased with the uniy, the seller and the service. :-)
Easy to install works fantastic heats up extremely quickly so pleased fantastic value. About 3hours to remove the old tank and install the tankless. The app works great with a ton of info available. I would recommend it to anyone considering going tankless cheaper and more efficient than a tank heater
I purchased the 80,000 btu version of this water heater. I love it! It's been about a week since I installed and it is still going strong and working like it should. Whoever said this can't be used as a whole house water heater was wrong. It took some getting used to because I used this to replace my old 40 gallon tank water heater, and like all tankless water heaters there's a bit longer of a delay in getting hot water to the faucets. However once that hot water is flowing it's amazing. I took the longest hotest shower I think I have ever taken in my life!!! The only other quirk is the flow rate. Which I expected since I chose the smaller unit for a whole house. The flow rate is plenty to run a shower, run the washing machine, run the dishwasher or the kitchen and bathroom faucets. However when filling a bathtub there is no water restrictor so the tub has to be filled slowly. It still only takes 15-20 minutes to fill my cast iron tub. A little bit longer then when I had a tanked water heater but a small trade off for unlimited hot water! The only other thing to keep in mind is this water heater doesn't have a fresh air intake, it used air from inside the house. If your house is sealed up well and well insulated it may not be the water heater for you. My house was built in the 20's so I had no worries about not having a fresh air intake.

I only bought this because it was on sale. I haven’t yet installed it. I have bought one from the same company that failed me twice but that was my fault because it was an outdoor heater that only protects to 40° and I misread the directions thinking it wouldn’t go below 40° and it kept freezing up on me so now I bought this one which is indoor heater and I will put it in my garage before Christmas comes
My five-star rating could change as this unit has only been up and running for a week. It was on sale for an irresistible price so I took a chance. It is rated higher than others at its non-sale price point, but it lacked the number of feedbacks that I would normally like to see. I eliminate dumb 1 and two star ratings but still pay attention to them. At 4.3 with no issues that seemed to be a roadblock for me, it was worth a try. I live alone so 3.6 gpm is more than enough flow rate, and 80,000 btu is plenty. Even two people could be using hot water simultaneously provided those outlets are low flow imho. It responds fast for my plumbing distances and stays on point with no temperature waffling...yet. My slight lack of confidence is based on the age old "you get what you pay for" mantra, but sometimes you get a gem. Other than awkward grammar at times, the instructions were pretty clear. MAKE SURE you have a gas line that matches or exceeds the btu rating of the unit. That was not clear in the instructions

Received today. Super easy installation. Easy hook ups. Works great. Takes about 35-40 second to get hot water thru the lines and upstairs to my shower. Unit is quiet as well. Very pleased would help recommend this unit.

I would have given this 5 stars if the gas would have been 1/2 mip. I ordered this in January knowing that there was a good possibility I was going to need one at one of my various properties. It took me and a buddy of mine longer to drag the old tank water heater out of the house than it did to hook this up. If you value nothing other than time, this took minutes to install. Seriously... we did have to drive a mile to the hardware store and buy a couple of fittings but it took 10 minutes to hang it on the wall and hook everything up. Had they used a standard fitting for gas on this, it would be 5 stars. If it makes it 5 years it deserves 5 stars. Haven't even read the instruction yet, we just hooked it up and plugged it in and it worked so much easier than a tank water heater. I think I'll order a second one.

UPDATE 2/15/26The leaking has been correct with the replacement unit! The purity of my drinking water is great! A simple test is what happens with my coffee pot. After 3 days of using my coffee pot, hardwater residue would be left at the bottom. Now with our MIZUDO there is none, even after weeks of boiling water. Clean, pure, and great tasting!Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!Easy to install. The issue is that it leaks from under the unit. They have replaced it twice but still leaking within the unit. Will update once I receive the latest replacement. Although not exactly confident on their solution.UPDATE:Once I received the second replacement the issue was resolved and the unit is working flawlessly. I am impressed with the RO system and can tell the difference in the water quality. Customer support was willing to do what was necessary to correct the issue and they did!
June 21 2025 Update:We love using this filter and the water tastes amazing. I've saved hundreds of dollars from buying water cases, not to mention the plastic saved in landfills. Still using the same filters! It showed 70 TDS at one point but the auto flushes did a great job of bringing that back down to 25 from over 400TDS. I will say one drawback is the amount of waste water. Im working on something to collect this in barrels so I can use for my gardens.I wanted to provide a video review in the hopes this helps someone. Unit fit wonderfully inside my cabinet and came with almost everything we needed for installation. For some odd reason they were short one 1/4" and 3/8" clamp (the small ones used to push into the connectors) but maybe that's intentional. Since it's push connect you don't need those clamps. So far we are enjoying the unit, it's slightly loud when faucet is on but not noticeable or disruptive. The water was flushed for 30 mins per instructions and the quality and taste of water is great. My review is 💯 my own unlike so many others here who did a disservice my getting something without any cheddar yet leaving no proper review let alone a video review. I hope replacement filters will be available years down the road. You won't go wrong with this. I researched so many and for the features this unit is an absolute steal with this price sub 400
Great Mizudo RO filtration System. It removes >90% of the TDS as indicated by the TDS indicator and verified by litmus test. The water supply from the Haris, TX MUD is really hard leaving scale deposit in the kettle and water appears to be milky after been boiled. With the Mizudo RO system, water is crystal clear and the kettle is free from scale deposit.Mizudo Ro Filtration system instruction is clear making it very easy to install. However, there were short of 2 fitting clips. I made used of the clips from my old system. Inspired of this, I still rate this product 5 stars for its excellent performance.
Bought it after a lot of research, coming after a regular undersink filter. This is an excellent osmosis machine and the price is good for what you get. 4 months in, it works as advertised. I used a simple drain line adapter instead of a tap, simple and efficient. No leaks so far. Not sure how accurate the display is, but it is cool and looks slick. Noticeable improvement in water taste, that's for sure. Very compact with great water flow. I highly recommend. Kudos to the seller.
I regret purchasing the MISUDO 800GPD Tankless Reverse Osmosis System. While I trusted the reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory. The unit arrived with a broken filter cover cap, and although I requested a replacement, customer service was unhelpful and slow. Within days, the system began displaying incorrect TDS readings and other inconsistencies on the faucet screen. After multiple challenges dealing with the company, I realized the unit is simply not reliable. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating and disappointing investment.I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL
UPDATE: DO NOT BUY. I bought a second for my son, it arrived damaged, I sent it back, they received it and refuse to offer a refund because they say it was a different item. This is a lie. I NEVER EVEN OPENED THE BOX, IT HAD BEE CRUSHED, SO I TAPED IT UPM GOT A LABEL AND RETURNED IT. PERIOD. Mine still works great, but this is a disreputable company. Install was easy, Home Depot has an install video but neither the manufacturer or Amazon does. Would re-post but content rights prohibited. Sounds like a water pump + sink draining, comparable to a dishwasher. PROS: 3 year RO filter for the same price as a 1yr. (RO filters run $125-150, the carbon filter lasts a year vs 6mos everyone else @ $15-20). It has a topside filter monitor and one on unit so never wonder when it's time to change. Water tastes great. NO PFA, PFB, PFC, PBA, PVC, chloride, NOTHING BUT WATER. CONS: $450 initial cost, pump noise when on, backwash noise as it maintains itself. TIPS: Sink drain stop kills a lot of the noise, buy a few extra clips in 1/4 & 3/8, drink more water! This is an unpaid review from GA where thyroid cancer flows south from the carpet Capital of the world.
This was pretty easy to install, good instructions and an attractive sleek design. Happy with the functionality and the ability to get clean drinking water with a good flow rate. I got the 800GPD model and its perfect. Nice speed of filling a glass or bottle. The water tastes good, nice and clean, no hardness or chemical tastes. It does purge on occasion and makes a little noise in the background for a few moments, but nothing major. Overall, very happy with this choice and look forward to many years of fresh clean water.
Works great!- Easy install, these systems all install similar so you can look at any tankless RO installation video on YouTube for guidance, good written instructions- reasonably quiet/not loud- auto flush keeps the filters clean and possibly lowers potential bacteria growth. added the waterdrop uv light after just in case- low operating cost about $85 yrly. for replacement filters as of now: with a $50 yearly replacement of one filter and the other RO filter is $99 every 3yrs- built in TDS in/out reading- faucet sits higher up than others accommodating large thermos refills on the counter- good water flow with 800 model at about 1oz per second which is twice as fast as some other models- water looks/tastes/smells clean- no negatives so far- good attractive & clean device/faucet- all needed hardware included
Easy install and setup. The only issue I see is the faucet spigot does not lock into the housing, easy to pull out.
