Eligibility

The MIZUDO Member Center Rewards Program is open to all customers who create an account at www.mizudo.com. Wholesalers, resellers, and participants in the dropshipping program are excluded.

Program Details

• Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Mizudo products (taxes and shipping fees excluded).
• Points can be redeemed for Mizudo products or used as discounts on future purchases, with every 100 points redeemable for a $1 discount.
• Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• MIZUDO reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.

Membership

• Customers must create an account at www.mizudo.com to participate in the Program.
• Only one account per customer is permitted.
• MIZUDO reserves the right to terminate any account that violates the Terms and Conditions.
• The customer's right to participate in the Rewards Program is non-transferable and subject to MIZUDO’s rules.

Modifications

MIZUDO reserves the right to modify the Rewards Program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. In case of any changes, customers will be notified via email or on the Rewards Program page.

Liability

MIZUDO is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards. MIZUDO reserves the right to adjust points or rewards due to system changes and will announce such adjustments on the website and notify rewards members via email.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
