Warranty Statement
If you have any questions about the products purchased from MIZUDO, please confirm whether you have filled out the warranty form to activate the warranty service, and provide us with feedback on the issues you have encountered. Our customer service team will contact you to provide after-sales support.
Warranty content
The warranty period for most of our products is 12-24 months.Before shipment, all products undergo double verification，Our testing engineers will conduct quality inspections, including checking the basic functionality, appearance, packaging, and necessary accessories of hardware and software.

Limitation on warranties
During the Warranty Period, only genuine Mizudo parts should be used for repairs. All repairs or replacements must be carried out by a qualified professional trained specifically for the type of repair needed. If a product component fails due to a manufacturing defect, Mizudo will, at its sole discretion and as determined by the Mizudo Support Team, either repair, replace, or refund the product. Mizudo does not authorize any individual or company to assume any obligations or liabilities in connection with the replacement of the product.
Warranty claims may be denied for product parts and labor if it is found that the returned product or component is free of defects in materials or workmanship, was damaged due to improper installation, use, or operation, or sustained damage during return shipping. No one is authorized to make any additional warranties on behalf of Mizudo Corporation. Except as expressly stated in this warranty, no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made. Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness under state law are limited to the duration of the coverage period provided by this Limited Warranty, unless state law provides for a shorter period. In some states, limitations on implied warranties may not apply, so the above limitation may not be applicable to you. Mizudo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, including but not limited to lost profits, personal or property damage, loss of use, inconvenience, or liabilities arising from improper installation, service, or usage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
