Warranty Statement

If you have any questions about the products purchased from MIZUDO, please confirm whether you have filled out the warranty form to activate the warranty service, and provide us with feedback on the issues you have encountered. Our customer service team will contact you to provide after-sales support.

Warranty content

The warranty period for most of our products is 12-24 months.Before shipment, all products undergo double verification，Our testing engineers will conduct quality inspections, including checking the basic functionality, appearance, packaging, and necessary accessories of hardware and software.

Warranty period (from the date of purchase)

Hot RO System: 12-months

Megaflo 800 GPD: 12-months
Megaflo 1000 GPD: 12-months

Megaflo Mini 800 GPD: 12-months
Megaflo Mini 1000 GPD: 12-months

Pureflo 400GPD: 12-months

Pureflo 600GPD: 12-months

Note: In addition to the above content, some products with official commitments to extend warranty benefits will be executed according to the extended warranty benefits.

Limitation on warranties

During the Warranty Period, only genuine Mizudo parts must be used for any repairs, and all work should be carried out by a qualified professional trained for the specific repair. If a product component fails due to a manufacturing defect, Mizudo, at its sole discretion and as determined by the Mizudo Support Team, will choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.

Mizudo does not authorize any individual or company to make commitments or take on liabilities regarding product replacement. Any unauthorized statements or promises will not be recognized as part of this warranty.

Warranty claims may be denied if the returned product or component is found to be free of manufacturing defects, damaged due to improper installation, use, or operation, or harmed during return shipping. If you have any concerns, please contact us at service@mizudo.com.

No additional warranties are made beyond those clearly stated here. This includes implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise required by law. Any such implied warranties are limited to the same duration as this Limited Warranty, unless state law mandates a shorter term.

Mizudo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—such as lost profits, property damage, or inconvenience—arising from improper installation, service, or use. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these terms may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state.
