Can I install the Mizudo RO system myself, or do I need a plumber?
Absolutely! Our under-sink RO systems are specifically designed for easy DIY installation. Most of our customers complete the setup in under 45 minutes using standard household tools. The system features simple push-to-connect fittings, and a detailed step-by-step video guide is available.
Is the instant hot water faucet safe to use around children?
Absolutely. Safety is built into our design. The smart digital faucet comes equipped with a dedicated child safety lock for the heating function. You must actively unlock it on the touch screen before dispensing hot water (which can reach up to 203°F), ensuring your little ones are protected from accidental burns.
Does the instant hot water feature require special electrical wiring?
No special wiring is required! The Mizudo Megaflo Hot RO system operates on a standard 110V electrical outlet. You can simply plug it into the existing outlet under your kitchen sink (commonly used for garbage disposals or dishwashers).
Is an 800 GPD flow rate fast enough for a large family?
Yes, 800 Gallons Per Day (GPD) is one of the highest flow rates available for residential tankless systems. It produces pure water almost instantly, filling a standard 8oz glass of water in just about 4 seconds. There is no waiting around for a storage tank to refill.
