Provides great quality water. I had a plumber install this and it took him couple hours. A little noisy when it recycles the water and runs the filtration but I am used to this as my other ROI machines were noisiest

Excellent RO System! Fast flow with TDS meter, highly recommend also I recommend getting the Alkaline filter too. I have a water softener system and the TDS is around 50 this filter brings it to .01 TDS and the alkaline gives me 9.3 PH with 2 Test metes.

The customer service was great. They responded to my calls and online messages quickly. Initially, I had a 1/4" to 3/8" connector issue. I wish they could send me a replacement just for that piece of parts. The rep somehow suggested ordering a new set from Amazon and then returning the other since they need to have video or photos to show the defect, and it will need to be reviewed and approved by their tech support. I didn't have time to wait since I had taken down the old one already. The additional ordering and returning were not a big deal. As soon as I got the new set, I only exchanged that connector and then returned it. I wanted to save their money if they could just ship me with a new connector since returning the whole set would cost them. Anyway, after all is done, the machine runs well. The output water flow is much better than my old 5-stage RO system. I like the readings on the faucet. It indicates the quality of the raw and purified water. Compare this with another bigger-name brand tankless RO system, this one is truly better in terms of value.

Update after 4 months of use - this RO system has never failed in producing purified water. The taste is great. I have a salt-based water softener, which has more minerals or some salt remains in the water. Normally the raw water’s TDS reading is at 750 or more, and the purified water is at 12 or 13. Initially the purified water is at about 25, over time it gradually improved to 12 or 13. I guess the automated flushing system does some magic work. So far, I am very happy for the choice I made in getting this RO system. I would recommend people to try it.
