Frequently Asked Questions
Any tankless water heater without a recirculation pump will take some time to provide hot water. Since the water is not preheated and stored in the unit, it is heated on demand. This process can take up to a minute or longer, depending on the distance from the unit to the faucet.
All of gas tankless products do require gas and electric to function. If there is a loss of power, the unit will no longer be able to fire. We do recommend you purchase a back up battery or use with a generator if you are in an area where power loss is prevalent.
Hot water requires a waiting time, which is determined by the distance between your water heater installation location and the outlet point.
